The rooms were quite spacious and very clean. i found the air conditioning worked perfectly! the breakfast had tasty options. the pool was a definite hit. It had a kids play area where my children enjoyed themselves.

i noticed the spa prices felt a bit high, especially after adding the extra tax and service charges.

The breakfast was fine it had a lot of choices for me and the kids.

I had the worst experience as they put me in a room far from everything it was so disappointing I asked to change rooms twice I never received a reply. The cleaner did not clean the room until after 5 pm it was inconvenient since we were getting ready to go out. It was not the cleaner's fault she was polite.

I booked a beautiful twin room for my stay and found it spacious. the bed was comfortable. I got good sleep. housekeeping visited daily if desired, this ensured cleanliness. the pool was large and even featured a pool bar. Towels were available for the beach.

I detected a damp odor in the room upon arrival though it didn't affect my stay much. This should be addressed. the air conditioning, whilst functional, seemed to exacerbate the humidity.

The staff were polite. They promptly addressed requests. i was impressed by their responsiveness and willingness to assist with various needs. It. their service enhanced my overall experience significantly.

My beautiful twin room featured ample space and comfortable beds. I enjoyed relaxing in my room. the separated shower and bathtub offered convenience and the water pressure was strong. the amenities provided were sufficient for a pleasant stay.
